I thought the rooms are well designed and laid out, and the location was excellent. Starting from the location — it’s a few minutes walk from a few different Akihabara stations which connects you to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Ikebukuro easily and directly. There’s a FamilyMart and Lawson across the street, and also a Starbucks, so breakfast was easy. There’s also a cute onigiri and soba shop next to the Lawson’s which makes for a convenient lunch/dinner. The room itself, I enjoyed - I stayed alone in 1 room, while my partner had their own. There was enough counter and desk space, and enough floor space to open my big luggage. The bathroom is well laid out and I love how quiet the exhaust fan is (compared to two other rooms we stayed in at Osaka and Kyoto). The tub was big enough for 5’4” me to stretch out, and it fills and drains quickly. The coin laundry downstairs works well, and the Chinese staff at the front desk was helpful.

Amazing location right next to JR and TX Akihabara Station and a short stroll to the lights and wonders of Akiba. The hotel is relateively modern with good facilities such as QR Code card payment washer and dryers as well as a Denny's on site. Great staff who can speak English well and communicate facliities as well. We also lucked out and got a corner room so try to request for a number 26 room if you are staying in a double room as the extra entrance hall way space made the rooms feel much bigger and less cramped than others. Good amenities bar with lots of great additional options and their luggage service was also very well done. We also had our luggage stored for a week at the hotel and was kept safe throughout. Highly recommended.

It's pretty convenient due to its closeness to the station. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants, arcades and karaoke, so you always have something to do, eat or places that you need. The room was small, but nothing too uncomfortable. The heating system and air conditioning worked very well. It was fast and easy to warm up in the room after spending the day outside in the cold streets of Tokyo in winter. The hotel is right in front of Akihabara Station, which connects to a lot of places so it makes moving around Tokyo pretty easy. The staff was very helpful and the room had everything you need for your stay.

The location of the hotel is what I like the most. It is literally 1 min walk away from JR Akihabara station (yamanote line). The hotel is in front of the JR station which makes it super easy to get around Tokyo. Cleanliness of the rooms was pretty good and they can make up the room everyday if you wanted to. We booked twin room which is the largest sized room in the hotel. Can open 2 large suitcases on the floor with still some room to walk around. Will definitely booked this hotel again the next time we’re in tokyo

We’ve stayed here before and love the location. Perfectly situated in the very heart of Akihabara and a 30-second walk to the Akihabara Station. The room is small, but great in comparison to most in Tokyo and the bath is full-sized as well as a full-length bathroom mirror. Good size for a couple, but if you’re larger-framed the bed will be a bit too small for two people.
